摘 要:目的掌握白银市国家级监测点蚊虫种群构成、不同生境下蚊虫密度及季节消长趋势,为防控蚊媒传染病提供科学依据。方法对2017—2021年白银市国家级监测点4—10月蚊密度监测数据进行整理,分析不同年度、月份及生境下蚊密度监测情况。结果2017—2021年共捕获蚊虫9516只,蚊虫总密度为3.22只/(灯·夜),蚊虫年平均密度总体呈逐年下降趋势,仅2021年略有回升。其中淡色库蚊为优势种群,占蚊虫总数的86.83%,其次是中华按蚊(8.64%);不同生境下,牲畜棚蚊密度最高5.67只/(灯·夜),居民区最低1.64只/(灯·夜);居民区和医院蚊密度逐年下降;5年捕获蚊虫总密度季节消长趋势上呈单峰曲线,最高峰在7月。不同蚊种密度季节消长变化也不同,淡色库蚊密度最高峰在7月,中华按蚊在5月,三带喙库蚊在9月。结论2017—2021年白银市蚊密度总体呈下降趋势,应在蚊虫高峰期前加强防蚊、灭蚊工作。Objective To grasp the species composition,density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in various habitats at the national monitoring sites in Baiyin City,and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases.Methods The mosquito density monitoring data from April to October at national monitoring sites in Baiyin from 2017 to 2021 were collected and the results of mosquito density monitoring in each year,month and habitat were analyzed.Results A total of 9516 mosquitoes were captured from 2017 to 2021,and the whole mosquito density was 3.22 insects per lamp per night.The annual average density of mosquitoes decreased year by year until 2021 when it increased slightly.The dominant species was Culex pipiens pallens,accounting for 86.83%,followed by Anopheles sinensis(8.64%).In different habitats,the highest mosquito density was 5.67 insects per lamp per night in livestock sheds,while the lowest density was 1.64 insects per lamp per night in residential areas.The density of mosquitoes in residential areas and hospitals decreased year by year.The seasonal fluctuation of the entire mosquito density showed a unimodal curve,with a peak in July.The density seasonal fluctuation pattern varied with mosquito species,Culex pipiens pallens peaked in July,Anopheles sinensis in May,and Culex tritaeniorhynchus in September.Conclusion In Baiyin City,the mosquito density showed a decreasing trend from 2017 to 2021.Mosquito prevention and control should be strengthened before the peak period.
