摘  要:逆流重选柱是细粒低品位氧化锑矿潜在的大通量预选设备,为了继续提高逆流重选柱的分选效率,一种新型的梯形斜面搅拌逆流重选柱(TARC)被提出并进行了初步的条件试验.通过试验得出在现有条件下可取得的分选效率可达61.53%,相比于矩形斜面搅拌逆流重选柱(ARC)可取得的最高分选效率高出约9.64%.经流体力学数值仿真计算,对2种装置的分选状态进行对比发现,梯形斜面内颗粒的平均速度随运动位置的升高而降低,不同密度颗粒的速度差更大,更利于重颗粒回落到斜板上被回收,进而提高了分选效率.Reflux classifier is a potential high throughput pre-concentration equipment for fine-grained, low-grade antimony oxide ores. In order to improve the separation efficiency of the reflux classifier, a new type of trapezoidal inclined channels agitated reflux classifier(TARC) was proposed and tested under preliminary conditions. The results show that separation efficiency of 61.53% can be achieved under current conditions, which is approximately 9.64 percent higher than the maximum separation efficiency achieved with rectangular inclined agitated reflux classifier(ARC). A comparison of the separate states of the two devices, based on computational fluid dynamics simulations, shows that the average velocity of particles in the trapezoidal channels of the TARC decreases with increasing position, as the greater difference in velocity between particles of different densities. It facilitates the high-density particles to sink onto the inclined plate for recovery, thus increasing the separation efficiency.
