企业数字化转型如何影响出口产品质量?——来自中国上市公司的经验证据

摘　　要：出口产品质量事关我国对外贸易高质量发展及企业国际竞争力,而以数字技术为核心的新一轮科技革命正变革着外贸企业的生产函数和要素组合,对出口产品质量产生了重要影响。本文基于数字化视角,通过手工整理计算2012-2015年中国上市企业数字化转型指标,并与同期中国海关进出口数据库进行匹配,实证检验了企业数字化转型对出口产品质量的影响。研究发现,企业数字化转型显著促进了出口产品质量的提升。企业数字化转型通过延长生产迂回长度、深化分工网络为出口产品质量提升创造了先进技术外溢条件;企业数字化转型通过提高企业生产效率为出口产品质量提升创造了充足资源投入条件;企业数字化转型通过促进人力资本积累为出口产品质量提升创造了高级劳动力条件。The quality of export products concerns the high quality development of China’s foreign trade and the international competitiveness of enterprises.The new round of scientific and technological revolution with digital technology as the core is changing the production function and factor combination of foreign trade enterprises and has an important influence on the quality of export products.Based on the digital perspective,this paper empirically tests the impact of enterprises’digital transformation on the quality of export products by manually sorting out and calculating the digital transformation indicators of Chinese listed enterprises from 2012 to 2015 and matching them with the import and export database of China Customs during the same period.The study found that enterprise digital transformation significantly promoted the improvement of the quality of export products.Mechanism test shows that enterprise digital transformation creates advanced technology spillover conditions for the improvement of export product quality by extending production circuitous length and deepening labor division network.Enterprise digital transformation creates sufficient resource input conditions for the improvement of export product quality by improving enterprise production efficiency;Enterprise digital transformation creates advanced labor conditions for improving the quality of export products by promoting the accumulation of human capital.
