双向FDI协调发展、市场分割与绿色全要素生产率

摘　　要：党的二十大报告强调“坚持高水平对外开放,加快构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局”,通过加快国内市场一体化来提升双向FDI技术溢出效率,推动绿色经济增长。本文选取2003-2019年我国30个省份的面板数据,借助动态SBM-GML模型测算绿色全要素生产率,并采用相对价格法分别测算商品市场分割指数与要素市场分割指数,构建动态空间面板模型定量分析双向FDI协调发展、市场分割与绿色全要素生产率的关系。研究发现:双向FDI显著地促进了绿色全要素生产率增长,主要通过提高绿色技术进步水平来实现;东部地区双向FDI对绿色全要素生产率均有明显的促进作用,而中西部地区双向FDI对绿色全要素生产率的抑制作用明显;进一步研究发现双向FDI对绿色全要素生产率的影响呈现“倒U”型关系,只有当存在商品市场分割指数与要素市场分割指数分别超过某个门槛值时,双向FDI才对绿色全要素生产率有明显的抑制作用。This paper uses Using Provincial panel data from 30 provinces of China from 2003 to 2019,we first calculated the green Total factor productivity using a dynamic SBM-GML model,the relative price method is used to measure the segmentation degree of commodity market and factor market respectively,then,a dynamic spatial panel model is constructed to Quantitative analysis the relationship among the coordinated development of two-way FDI,market segmentation and green total factor productivity.The results show that:Two-way FDI significantly promotes the growth of green total factor productivity.Two-way FDI promotes the growth of green total factor productivity mainly by improving the level of green technology progress.The two-way FDI in the east of China promoted the green total factor productivity obviously,and this two-way FDI inhibited the green Total factor productivity obviously.Further research shows that the impact of two-way FDI on green total factor productivity shows an inverted U-shaped relationship.Only when the degree of commodity market segmentation and factor market segmentation respectively exceed a certain threshold value does the two-way FDI show an inverse U-shaped relationship,two-way FDI has a dampening effect on green total factor productivity.
