摘　　要：安倍晋三二次拜相后,日本开启了本轮对外经济战略调整。本轮调整呈现出了推动高标准经贸规则普世化、追随美国全球经济战略调整、重视务实性区域合作等三大特点。与此同时,新冠疫情与“俄乌冲突”的爆发刺激了世界政治经济格局的加速演化。当前日本对外经济战略的调整主要是基于国际竞争、国内改革和地缘政治三方面动机考量。分析日本战略调整的特点及其本质,对中国未来进一步深化改革、扩大开放具有一定的启示。After Shinzo Abe was elected as Prime Minister of Japan for the second time,Japan has launched this round of foreign economic strategic adjustment。This round presents three major characteristics:promoting the universalization of high standard economic and trade rules,following the global economic strategy adjustment of the United States,and emphasizing practical regional cooperation.The outbreak of the COVID-19 and the"Russia-Ukraine conflict"stimulated the accelerated evolution of the world's political and economic pattern.The current adjustment of Japan's foreign economic strategy is mainly based on considerations of international competition,domestic reform,and geopolitical motives.Looking at the essence of Japan's strategic adjustment through its characteristics has enormous enlightening significance for China to further deepen reform and expand opening up in the future.
