摘　　要：治理机制是推动非奥运项目可持续发展的制度基础,尽管我国非奥运项目治理整体进展缓慢,但其中仍有一些优势项目在发展过程中形成了自身较为出色的治理机制。本研究运用文献资料法、案例分析法构建适合我国非奥运项目发展的治理机制,依据项目治理机制的完善程度、多主体参与治理的实践程度,结合项目本身的社会影响力、认知度以及产业发展和受众人数等方面的综合考量,对我国发展较好且具有典型性的武术、台球、电子竞技项目的治理机制进行剖析,以期为我国非奥运项目治理机制的整体性建立提供经验和启示。Governance mechanism is the institutional basis to promote the sustainable development of non-Olympic projects.Although the overall progress of non-Olympic projects governance in China is slow,there are still some advantageous projects that have formed their own more excellent governance mechanisms in the process of development.Using literature review and case study,the authors construct a governance mechanism suitable for the development of non-Olympic projects in China.Based on the degree of perfection of project governance mechanism,the degree of practice of multi-body participation in governance,and the comprehensive consideration of the social influence and recognition of the project itself as well as the industrial development and the number of audiences,the governance mechanisms of the typical and well-developed Wushu,billiards and e-sports projects in China are analyzed in order to provide experience and inspiration for the overall establishment of governance mechanisms of non-Olympic projects in China.
