摘 要:为规范城市货运配送车辆停靠、提高货运配送效率、缓解城市交通拥堵、促进绿色低碳运输,该文首先基于场景分析,形成配送车辆专用车位设置必要性、可行性分析方法,继而在道路分段的前提下,提出配送停靠需求测算模型、专用车位规模测算模型和选址模型,并在佛山市禅城区进行示范应用,提出相应的配套措施,保障专用车位的便捷性和专用性。研究结果为城市货运配送车辆专用车位设置方案和管理措施的制定提供科学全面的理论依据。In order to standardize the parking of urban freight distribution vehicles,improve freight distribution efficiency,alleviate urban traffic congestion,and promote green and low-carbon transportation,this article first forms a necessity and feasibility analysis method for setting up dedicated parking spaces for distribution vehicles based on scenario analysis.Subsequently,under the premise of road segmentation,a distribution and parking demand calculation model,a dedicated parking space scale calculation model,and a location selection model were proposed,and demonstrated and applied in Chancheng District,Foshan City.Corresponding supporting measures were proposed to ensure the convenience and specificity of dedicated parking spaces.The research results provide a scientific and comprehensive theoretical basis for the establishment of dedicated parking spaces and management measures for urban freight distribution vehicles.
