摘　　要：运用文献资料法对民族传统体育旅游助力乡村治理的价值进行剖析。研究认为:民族传统体育旅游是乡村治理中践行以人为本的重要途径,是乡村治理中充实乡村政治建设的现实需求,是乡村治理中助力产业结构转型的重要举措,是乡村治理中构筑生态乡村的重要方式。从宏观、中观、微观三个层面梳理困境:正式制度与非正式制度之间缺乏对话,“县-乡镇-村两委”治理主体之间权责模糊,多重利益诉求下参与治理主体之间摩擦不断。以此提出治理路径:以“宏观之问”为靶向,构建制度对话体系;以“中观之堵”为桥梁,精准定位治理主体纾解责任;以“微观之失”为抓手,聚焦化解摩擦新方法。This paper analyzes the value of traditional national sports tourism to help rural governance by using the method of literature.The research holds that:traditional national sports tourism is an important way to practice people-oriented in rural governance,an actual demand to enrich rural political construction in rural governance,an important measure to help industrial structure transformation in rural governance,and an important way to build ecological villages in rural governance.The dilemma is sorted out from the macro,meso and micro levels:the lack of dialogue between the formal system and the informal system,the ambiguity of power and responsibility between the governing bodies of the“county,township and village committees”,and the constant friction between the governing bodies under the multiple interest demands.In this way,the paper puts forward the following path:construct the system of institutional dialogue by targeting“macroscopic question”;take the“middle view of the blockage”as a bridge to accurately position the main responsibility of governance;take“micro loss”as the starting point,and focus on the new method to resolve friction.
