我国体育教师队伍建设的研究现状、热点及趋势——基于Citespace知识图谱分析

摘　　要：以CNKI收录的关于体育教师队伍建设的相关研究文献为数据来源,以Citespace软件为工具,对2002~2022年筛选得出的301篇学术期刊文献进行知识图谱分析。结果表明:关于体育教师队伍建设的研究发文量整体变化较大,呈波浪式发展;研究者之间合作分散,多数为独立研究;研究机构以师范类院校体育系为主,其次是体育类高校;研究热点包括师资队伍、体育师资、高校体育、队伍建设、青年体育教师和体育教学等;把国家政策考虑在内,未来该领域研究应聚焦于高校体育师资队伍建设,提高体育师范生教书育人的能力,为培养更多更优秀的师范生而努力。Based on the relevant research literature on phycical education teacher team construction collected by CNKI as the data source and Citespace software as the tool,this paper knowledge graph analyzes 301 literature from academic journals selected from 2002 to 2022.The results show that the number of research papers related to the construction of phycical education teachers is highly variable and choppy.The cooperation among researchers is scattered and most of them are independent.The research institutions are mainly physical education departments of normal colleges,followed by physical education colleges.The research focuses on teaching staff,phycical education teachers,college phycical education,team building,youth phycical education teachers and phycical education teaching,etc.Taking the national policy into consideration,the future research should focus on the construction of college phycical education teachers,improve the teaching ability of normal phycical education students,and make efforts to train more and better normal students.
