摘 要:为探究以水稻秸秆为基质与尿素混配制备的缓释肥的成型特性及缓释性能,进行了热压成型试验和淋溶试验。以成型压力、成型温度、含水率为试验因素,以成型块的径向最大抗压力和松弛比为试验指标,通过热压成型试验数据建立回归模型,采用响应面分析获得热压成型工艺参数组合,并通过淋溶试验测试生物质基缓释肥成型块的缓释性能。试验结果表明:优化调整后的成型工艺参数为成型压力为78 kN,成型温度为112℃,含水率为8%;在此条件下,径向最大抗压力均值为1616.0 N,松弛比均值为98.19%,与预测值的相对误差分别为3.05%和1.23%;生物质基缓释肥前3次的尿素释放率比较稳定且均匀,单次尿素释放率为30%左右,且单次释放偏差极小。To investigate the molding characteristics and slow-release performance of the slow-release fertilizer prepared by mixing rice straw as the substrate and urea,thermoforming tests and leaching tests were conducted.Key experimental parameters included molding pressure,molding temperature,and moisture content,while the critical performance indicators were the maximum radial pressure resistance and relaxation ratio of the resulting molded blocks.Data generated from the thermoforming tests was utilized to construct a regression model,while response surface methodology was employed to optimize the thermoforming process parameters.Subsequently,leaching tests were conducted to evaluate the slow-release properties of the biomass-based slow-release fertilizer-molded blocks.The results show that the optimized and adjusted molding process parameters are the molding pressure of 78 kN,the molding temperature of 112℃,and the moisture content of 8%.Under these conditions,the average maximum radial pressure resistance is 1616.0 N,the average relaxation ratio is 98.19%,and the relative errors with the predicted values are 3.05%and 1.23%,respectively.Furthermore,the slow-release properties of the biomass-based slow-release fertilizer were assessed,demonstrating a relatively stable and uniform nitrogen release rate for the first three instances.The individual nitrogen release rate was estimated to be approximately 30%,with a minimal deviation observed.
