摘 要:随着清洁能源政策的不断完善,风能和太阳能资源得到了充分的利用,但是风电的“昼低夜高”反调峰特性会导致风电消纳能力受限。为了更大限度且更加灵活地消纳弃风电量,文章设计了以蓄热式电锅炉储热为主导,直接供电模式下的太阳能热泵-弃风蓄热供暖系统。同时,为兼顾系统运行成本和弃风消纳电量,建立了系统的优化调度数学模型,综合考虑弃风量、电锅炉功率、热功率及蓄热量等约束条件,采用NSGAII多目标优化算法对模型进行求解,从而获得蓄热电锅炉运行功率的优化调度方案。研究结果表明,优化调度方案可在保证系统经济运行下合理调度蓄热电锅炉的运行功率,与优化调度前相比,优化后的系统能够多消纳弃风电功率3261 kW,弃风消纳率可达26%。With the continuous improvement of clean energy policies,wind power and solar energy projects have been fully utilized.However,the anti-peak regulation characteristics of wind power have led to a serious problem of wind power"wind curtailment".In order to absorb the waste wind power to a greater extent and more flexibly,the solar heat pump combined with the waste wind storage heat storage heating system in the direct power supply mode dominated by solid regenerative electric boiler heat storage is designed.In order to take into account the operating cost of the system and the power consumption of the curtailed wind,a mathematical model of optimal dispatch in the direct power supply mode is established,and the constraints such as the curtailment air volume,electric boiler power,thermal power and heat storage are comprehensively considered,and the NSGAII multi-objective optimization algorithm is used to solve the model,so as to obtain the optimal scheduling scheme of the operating power of the solid thermal storage electric boiler.The results show that the optimal dispatch scheme can reasonably dispatch the operating power of the thermal storage electric boiler under the economic operation of the system,and compared with the pre-optimal dispatch,the optimized system can absorb 3261 kW more than the curtailment wind power,and the curtailment rate can reach 26%.
