摘 要:螺旋轴是叠螺式脱水机的核心部件,根据螺旋轴的受载情况,设计了一个螺旋轴,对螺旋轴进行有限元静力学仿真。基于仿真结果对螺旋轴结构进行优化分析,建立优化的数学模型,将螺旋轴的最小质量作为优化的目标函数,最大变形量作为约束条件,求解不同设计参数对目标函数的影响,得到了螺旋轴的合理结构尺寸参数。优化后的螺旋轴在满足动静态性能的情况下,质量降低了9.7%,取得了良好的优化效果,为螺旋轴轻量化设计提供了一种可行方法。The spiral shaft is the core part of the superimposed spiral dehydrator.According to the load condition of the spiral shaft,the finite element statics simulation of the spiral shaft is carried out.Based on the optimization analysis of the simulation results,the optimization mathematical model was established.The minimum mass of the spiral shaft was taken as the optimization objective function,the maximum deformation as the constraint condition,analyzing the influence of different design parameters on the objective function.The reasonable structural size parameters of the spiral shaft were obtained.When the dynamic and static performance of the optimized spiral shaft was satisfied,its quality was reduced by 9.7%,and had a good optimization effect.The results provide a feasible method for lightweight design of spiral shaft.
