AutoCAD的“图纸”空间在机械工程图纸出图中的应用研究

摘  要:国家标准对于机械工程图纸中关于尺寸标注样式、文字、表面粗糙度符号、形位公差符号、图框、标题栏、明细栏等图纸外观有要求。传统的在AutoCAD中进行产品设计时,为了满足国标外观要求,实现一定图幅、一定图纸比例的出图需要用户做一系列缩放工作,这些工作均在“模型”空间里完成。AutoCAD软件新的“注释性”功能可以实现图纸标准外观相关内容的自动缩放,“图纸”空间的“视口”功能可以对模型进行自动缩放,介绍利用这两个功能在“图纸”空间完成图纸布局的方法。相对于传统方法,新方法不但实现了用户在做机械产品设计时1∶1建模、1∶1尺寸测量、按国标要求1∶1注写图纸技术要求的工作模式,而不用去关心图纸的比例问题,同时也使设计的出图工作更为便捷。National standards have requirements for the appearance of drawings such as the dimension style,text,surface roughness symbol,geometric tolerance symbol,drawing frame,title block and item block in mechanical engineering drawings.Traditionally,when applying AutoCAD for product design,in order to meet the requirements of the national standard for appearance and realize the drawing of a certain frame and a certain drawing scale,users need to perform a series of scaling work,which are completed in"model"space.In AutoCAD software,the new"annotation"feature can automatically scale content related to the standard appearance of drawings,and the"viewport"function of"paper"space can automatically scale the model.This article introduces the method of using these two functions to complete drawing layout in"paper"space.Compared to traditional methods,the new method not only achieves the working mode of 1:1 modeling,1:1 dimensional measurement and the 1:1 annotation of the technical requirements of drawings according to the requirement of the national standard when doing mechanical product design,without care about the scale of drawings,but also makes the drawing work of the design more convenient.
