“华龙一号”主控制室空调系统问题分析与改进

摘　　要：“华龙一号”核电机组主控制室空调系统(VCL)主要为主控室可居留区服务,维持其可居留性。事故工况下,应急新风与回风混合经应急过滤回路与空调机组处理后送至主控室可居留区。为了保证在事故工况下,通过高放射性信号可以第一时间切换VCL系统至事故工况运行,且系统运行状态良好,相关文件规定了应急快速切换设备的验证及应急管路过滤设备可靠性的验证。但在调试准备阶段发现:第一,VCL系统空调机房送回风应急隔离阀没有设计与相关信号连锁自动关闭,导致VCL系统在事故工况时不能第一时间全面切换至事故模式运行;第二,VCL系统应急过滤设备定期试验管路管径偏小,导致无法满足应急过滤设备现场试验所需的风量。根据相关规范及系统设计功能要求,修改VCL系统空调机房送回风应急隔离阀供电方式、连锁信号关闭逻辑,修改VCL系统应急设备定期试验管路管径,从而满足VCL系统事故状态下的快速响应功能及运行可靠性。The air conditioning system(VCL)of the main control room of the Hualong One nuclear power unit mainly serves the habitable area of the main control room to maintain its habitability.Under accident conditions,the mixture of emergency fresh air and return air is processed by the emergency filtration loop and the air conditioning unit and then sent to the habitable area of the main control room.In order to ensure that the VCL system can be switched to the accident condition at the first time through highly-radioactive signals under accident conditions,and that the system is in good running condition,relevant documents stipulate the verification of emergency quick switching equipment and the verification of the reliability of emergency pipeline filtration equipment.However,in the stage of debugging preparation,it is found that the emergency isolation valve of air supply and return air in the air-conditioning room of the VCL system is not designed to automatically close with related signal chains,which leads to the failure of the VCL system to fully switch to the accident mode at the first time under the accident condition,and that the pipe diameter of the periodic test pipeline of the emergency filtration equipment of the VCL system is too small,which can not meet the air volume required by the field test of emergency filtration equipment.According to relevant specifications and the requirements of system design functions,this paper modifies the power supply mode and chain signal closing logic of the emergency isolation valve of air supply and return air in the airconditioning room of the VCL system,and modifies the pipe diameter of the periodic test pipeline of the emergency equipment of the VCL system,in order to meet the rapid response function and operation reliability of the VCL system under accident conditions.
