摘  要:为保证全断面掘进机(TBM)组装硐室安全高效施工,通过理论计算以及施工现场的数据分析,对TBM组装硐室支护方案进行优化,理论计算了煤矿TBM组装硐室支护参数,优化支护方案。分析了组装硐室易破坏部位并结合实例给出了相应的解决方案,总结了TBM组装硐室围岩稳定性控制策略,为以后煤矿深部地层TBM组装硐室支护工程实践提供参考依据。In order to ensure the safe and efficient construction of the TBM assembly chamber,through theoretical calculations and the data analysis of the construction site,the supporting scheme of the TBM assembly chamber is optimized,and the supporting parameters of the TBM assembly chamber of the coal mine are calculated theoretically to optimize the supporting scheme.The vulnerable parts of the assembly chamber are analyzed,the corresponding solutions are given in combination with examples,and the control strategy for the stability of the surrounding rock of the TBM assembly chamber is summarized,which provides a reference for the practice of the support engineering of the TBM assembly chamber in the deep strata of coal mines in the future.
