摘  要:以中电投锦州港口公司为例,简述露天堆场和筒仓的运行方式与原理,通过对比露天堆场与筒仓的自身特点和在港口中实际应用,分析两种储煤方式的优缺点,阐述现阶段港口储煤的最优方式。同时综合褐煤煤质特性和筒仓结构、特点,剖析密闭环境储煤时的安全隐患和风险隐患根源。针对筒仓作业、存储和清仓过程,分别制定安全管理标准,并建立完善的监测预警机制,最大程度降低筒仓储存安全隐患,旨在提高筒仓储存时间和生产安全,具有同行业推广应用价值。Taking the CPIC Jinzhou Port Co.,Ltd.as an example,this article briefly expounds the operation modes and principles of open-air storage yards and silos,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the two coal storage methods by comparing their own characteristics and practical applications in ports,and expounds the optimal methods for coal storage in ports at this stage.At the same time,based on the coal quality characteristics of lignite and the structure and characteristics of silos,this paper analyzes the safety hazards and the root causes of risk hazards when storing coal in the closed environment.It formulates safety management standards respectively for the operation,storage and clearance processes of silos and establishes a perfect monitoring and early-warning mechanism to minimize potential safety hazards in silo storage,aiming to improve the time of silo storage and production safety,which has the value of promotion and application in the same industry.
