摘　　要：陈锐认为,“寒邪”在糖尿病肾脏病的病因病机中发挥特殊作用,并且“从寒论治”糖尿病肾脏病,疗效确切。“寒邪”包括阳虚和寒湿,“从寒论治”针对寒邪在太阴、少阴、厥阴的不同,综合运用温阳驱寒方法,对改善症状、纠偏指标、延缓进展等有重要作用。Professor Chen Rui believes that cold pathogen plays a special role in the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy,and"treating diabetic nephropathy based on cold pathogen"can achieve a definite effect.In her opinion,cold pathogen involves both yang deficiency and cold dampness.She comprehensively applies the method of warming yang to dispel cold according to the diferent levels of cold pathogen in Taiyin,Shaoyin,and Jueyin,This method turns out to play an important role in improving symptoms,correcting deviation indicators,and delaying the progression of the disease.
