无底柱梯段空场嗣后废石胶结充填采矿法在云南大屯锡矿的应用

摘　　要：大屯锡矿矿权范围内存在有大量的急倾斜薄脉状矿体。之前对该类型矿体的回收采用的是进路式下向充填采矿法,但由于矿体的开采技术条件所限,导致矿体的贫化在40%左右以及上下进路的混凝土充填体存在顺层的情况,不仅经济性较低,安全风险也较大,为降低安全风险,不得不施工大量的措施工程,从而导致成本进一步增加。对此,大屯锡矿引进并改良了无底柱梯段空场嗣后废石胶结充填采矿法,通过五次工业试验,发现该方法具有安全性好、出矿能力大、成本低等优点。There is a huge amount of steep dip and narrow vein orebody existing in the tenement term of Datun tin mine,Erenow,drift downward cut-and-filling stoping was used for recovery of this type of ore,but dilution rate of the orebody is around 40%,and the concrete backfill body has bedding slope at upward and downward drift due to the limited mining technology conditions of orebody,it has low economic performance,great risk,then the number of measures have to take in order to reduce risk so that costs were increased furtherly.So,pillarless bench segmented empty fields subsequent cemented waste rock filling of Datun tin mine was imported and improved by Datun tin mine,it is found the method has excellent security,large mining capacity,low cost and other advantages.It has been promoted and applied in Datun tin ore.
