摘 要:越南某含银铅锌矿属于硫化铅、锌矿石,且仅含有少量黄铁矿的特点。采用:“抑锌-选铅”的优先浮选原则工艺流程,进行了详细试验研究,并从选别指标、再磨矿量及金属价值等方面详细对比了两个闭路试验流程,最终选择:“优先选铅-中矿再磨再选-后选锌”原则工艺流程来处理矿石。小型闭路试验中获得了铅精矿品位Pb 65.42%、Zn 3.80%、Ag 452.8 g/t,回收率Pb 85.20%、Zn 2.00%、Ag 60.96%;锌精矿品位Pb 1.49%、Zn 55.67%、Ag 79.5 g/t,回收率Pb 6.06%、Zn 91.48%、Ag 33.44%。铅锌银等有价元素均得到有效回收。One silver-bearing lead-zinc ore in Vietnam belongs to lead-zinc sulfide ore,it contains a small quantity of pyrite.The preferential flotation principle of"zinc suppression-lead beneficiation"was adopted to proceed with detailed experimental study,so two closed circuit test flows were compared in detail from aspects of mineral processing indexes,regrinding ore volume,metal value and so on,so the process flow"preferential lead selection-regrinding and recleaning of middlings-zinc selection at last stage"was adopted for ore treatment.The following indexes were obtained in a small closed circuit test:the grade of Lead concentrate are Pb 65.42%,Zn 3.80%,Ag 452.8 g/t,and the recovery rates are:Pb 85.20%,Zn 2.00%,Ag 60.96%;the grade of zinc concentrate are Pb 1.49%,Zn 55.67%,Ag 79.5 g/t,the recovery rate are Pb 6.06%,Zn 91.48%,Ag 33.44%.The valuable elements like lead,zinc and silver were recovered effectively.
