摘 要:针对PS转炉吹炼所处理冰铜含铅量高、杂质复杂的问题,分析了铅在冰铜、白冰铜和粗铜中的赋存状态;在吹炼二周期采用新型脱杂剂脱铅,结果表明:从冰铜到粗铜,铅的物相从简单的化合物和单质渐变到砷锑酸铅(Pb_3[(As,Sb)O_(4)]_(2));采用由碳酸钙和中性盐组成的脱杂剂,在添加占白冰铜质量0.8%的脱杂剂、(1220~1240)℃、空气流量2.0 L/min的条件下搅动熔体吹炼94 min,可将白冰铜中的铅从0.672%降到0.055%,铅、砷、锑、铋杂质的脱除率可分别达到92.31%、63.03%、76.73%、86.11%。Copper matte treated by PS converter has problems of high lead content and complex impurities,it is analyzed the occurrence state of lead in copper matte,white copper matte and blister copper;a new type of deimpurity agent for lead removal was adopted in the second period of blowing,results show:lead phase was changed gradually from simple compound and simple substance to lead arsenate antimonate(Pb3[(As,Sb)O_(4)]_(2))by copper matte changed into blister copper;deimpurity agent composed by calcium carbonate and neutral salt was adopted,and the deimpurity agent that the percentage is 0.8% of the white copper matte mass was added,with the conditions that the temperature is(1220~1240)℃,airflow is 2.0 L/min,agitation melt blowing for 94 min,then the lead content in white copper matte can be decreased from 0.672% to 0.055%,the removal rate of lead,arsenic,antimony and bismuth can separately reached to 92.31%,63.03%,76.73% and 86.11%.
