摘　　要：通过利用热轧不锈钢连续退火酸洗线进行生产钛卷工艺实践,在生产实践过程中进行工艺优化升级及设备改善改进,实现钛卷高质量稳定生产。在成材率、一次合格率、综合成本等质量经济技术指标较优。Titanium rolling production was carried out by continuous annealing acid pickling production line of hot rolling stainless steel,the process optimization and upgrading,equipment improvement were carried out in the process practice,it realized high quality and stable production.Quality and economic and technical indicators are better,such as yield rate,first time yield,comprehensive cost and so on.
