摘  要:根据“煤调控温”原理,针对高炉日常冶炼时配料计算、料速、煤比、ω([Si])及渣铁成分、理论指标及冶炼参数的预测预控、校核等相关联数据相互影响的复杂问题,研发了定量化、模块化、系统化精确控制生铁ω([Si])的冶炼方法,能够准确实现ω([Si])保持在规定的范围内进行冶炼的核心功能,从而为改善炉况顺行程度,降低燃料比和冶炼成本奠定基础。According to the principle that temperature can be controlled by adjustment of coal addition amount,it is researched and developed quantitative,modular,systematic,precisely controlled smelting method of pig iron ω([Si])based on the following complex problems with mutual influences,such as predictive control and check of burden calculation,feeding speed,coal ratio,ω([Si])and slag iron composition,theoretical indicators and smelting parameters in daily smelting of blast furnace,so ω([Si])can be kept in the specified range,then core functions of smelting can be realized so that it lay a foundation to improvement of furnace condition antegrade degree,decrease of fuel ratio and smelting cost.
