摘  要:针对400 kA铝电解槽停槽后阴极表面存在裂纹、阴极炭块裂缝深且分散的问题,采取了阴极炭块材料、筑炉方案、培烧启动方法等优化措施,有效减少了电解槽的过早破损问题,使电解槽的寿命能够延长20%左右,节省了单台电解槽大修以及二次启动费用约为300万元。When the 400 kA aluminum electrolytic cell shut down,the cathode surface has cracks,cathode carbon block has deep and scattered breaks,so optimization on cathode carbon materials,furnace building scheme and roasting starting methods and the other measures were carried out,then premature failure of electrolytic cell can be reduced effectively,the lifetime of the electrolytic cell can be prolonged around 20%,the cost for an overhaul of single electrolytic cell and for secondary start-up can be saved about ¥3 million Yuan.
