摘　　要：针对SCR连铸连轧生产线CO分析系统常见的问题:同一区域点分析值对比偏差大、样品气处理装置导致分析值对比偏差大、CO分析仪分析值波动大等,采取了相应的保障措施,经原因分析及排查,有效避免了水分带入到CO分析仪中,分析值准确性可提高30%。Common problems of the CO analytical system in SCR continuous casting and rolling line are:comparison on analytical values has large deviation at the same area point,comparison on analytical values has large deviation by sample gas treatment device,analytical value of CO analyzer has great fluctuation,so the corresponding supporting measures were taken,it is effectively avoided moisture brought into CO analyzer after cause analysis and investigation,the accuracy of analysis can be improved by 30%.
