摘　　要：对进口自动打捆机自动打捆原理及结构进行了深入分析,针对其存在的CV4链条不启动、堆垛不能停在正确的位置、打捆机不穿钢带及张紧、散捆等故障,采取了相应的优化解决方法,使设备故障率降低了40%,节约成本约30万元/a。The strapping principle and structure of the imported fully automatic strapping machine were analyzed deeply,the machine has the following problems that CV4 chain does not start,stacking can not stop in the correct position,strapping does not get through steel belts,failures of tensioning and loose bundle,etc.then the corresponding optimization and solutions were adopted,the device failure rate was reduced by 40%,costs were saved by ￥300,000 Yuan/year.
