摘　　要：随着元宇宙和数字藏品的规范化发展以及相关试点区域法律法规的逐渐完善,在更好应对潜在金融风险前提下,为兼容元宇宙底层技术和应用场景,未来我国数字藏品有望借鉴部分全球NFT市场特征,充分发挥NFT产品的底蕴和价值。对此,具有“国资主导、政府监管、市场运营”特征的NFT二级市场将成为创新开放落脚点。应借鉴各方比较优势,促进NFT市场有序发展,由点到面提供区域数字经济的新增长引擎。With the standardized development of meta-universe and digital collections and the gradual improvement of laws and regulations in relevant pilot regions,under the premise of better coping with potential financial risks,and in order to be compatible with the underlying technology and application scenarios of meta-universe,China’s digital collections are expected to draw on the characteristics of part of the global NFT market in the future,and to give full play to the heritage and value of NFT products.In this regard,the NFT secondary market with the characteristics of“state-led,government-regulated,market-operated”will become the innovative and open landing point.The comparative advantages of all parties should be utilized to promote the orderly development of the NFT market and provide a new growth engine for the regional digital economy from point to the surface.
