摘　　要：从货币国际化规律看,当资本项目可兑换、金融市场开放达到一定程度后,人民币在岸、离岸市场将趋于融合,但由于内地金融改革须与其他方面改革相配合,这是一个长期的渐进过程,在岸、离岸市场既分隔又联系的状态将在未来较长时间内持续下去。因此,加快推动上海更高水平的在岸市场开放,积极推进上海、香港地区两大国际金融中心合力发展,促进在岸、离岸市场良性循环,对下一阶段有序推进人民币国际化具有重要现实意义。From the perspective of the law of currency internationalization,when the convertibility of capital account and the opening-up of financial market reach a certain degree,the onshore and offshore markets of RMB will tend to converge,but as the financial reform in the Chinese Mainland must be coordinated with the reforms in other aspects,which is a long-term and gradual process,the status of onshore and offshore markets which are both separated and linked will continue in the long term.Therefore,accelerating the opening-up of Shanghai’s onshore market at a higher level,actively promoting the combined development of the two international financial centers of Shanghai and Hong Kong,and promoting the virtuous cycle of the onshore and offshore markets are of great practical significance to the orderly promotion of the internationalization of RMB in the next stage.
