摘　　要：目的观察宣肺止嗽合剂在临床治疗哮喘的疗效和安全性。方法回顾性分析2021年7月—2021年11月国内8家医院的189例哮喘患者的临床资料,统计服用宣肺止嗽合剂后症状体征(咳嗽、咯痰、咽痒),炎症指标[白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)]及肺功能[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、第1秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)、呼气峰流速(PEF)]变化情况,记录不良事件。结果患者治疗后咳嗽、咯痰、咽痒消失率分别为43.79%、61.87%、77.27%,消失时间分别为(8.27±4.71)d、(7.90±4.81)d、(7.06±4.58)d。治疗后,患者IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α含量较治疗前显著下降,FEV1、FEV1/FVC及PEF显著上升(P<0.05)。未观察到该药品不良反应的发生。结论宣肺止嗽合剂辅助治疗哮喘安全且有较好疗效。Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Xuanfei Zhisou Mixture(宣肺止嗽合剂)for asthma.Methods From July 2021 to November 2021,the clinical data of 189 cases with asthma from eight hospitals in China was analyzed retrospectively.The changes of symptoms(cough,cough up phlegm and itchy throat),inflammation indexes[interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],C-reaction protein(CRP),pulmonary function[FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF]and the adverse reactions were recorded.Results The disappearance rates of cough,phlegm and itchy throat was 43.79%,61.87% and 77.27%,respectively,the disappearance timed was(8.27±4.71)day,(7.90±4.81)day,(7.06±4.58)day,respectively.After treatment,IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-α decreased;FEV1,FEV1/FVC and PEF increased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Xuanfei Zhisou Mixture is safe and effective for asthma when used auxiliarily.
