摘 要:为探讨不同抗再沉积聚合物在衣料用浓缩洗涤剂中应用效果,选择丙烯酸/苯乙烯共聚物、改性丙烯酸聚合物、聚酯聚醚聚合物、聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物、非离子聚合物和聚丙烯酸钠六种不同抗再沉淀聚合物,考察其在浓缩洗涤剂中的稳定性、抗再沉积性能和去污性能。稳定性结果表明,除聚丙烯酸钠外的聚合物均可在浓缩洗涤剂中保持稳定;除改性丙烯酸聚合物外的聚合物均表现出加量增多,黏度降低,低至约0.2 Pa·s。抗再沉积分析结果表明,添加抗再沉积剂对纯棉布、涤棉布和涤纶布均有一定的白度提升作用,提升幅度为4%~58%,但不同布料上呈现的效果有所不同;除聚乙烯亚胺乙氧基化合物外的聚合物表现出添加量越高,抗再沉积效果越好。去污分析结果表明,加入抗再沉积剂对浓缩洗涤剂的蛋白去污有不同程度的降低,对皮脂的去污基本无影响或有一定提高。为浓缩洗涤剂中抗再沉淀聚合物应用提供参考。Different anti-redeposition agents,including acrylic acid/styrene copolymer,modified acrylic acid polymer,polyester polyether polymer,polyethylenimine ethoxylate,non-ionic polymer and sodium polyacrylate,were studied to investigate their stability,anti-red eposition performance and decontamination performance in concentrated detergents.The stability results showd that all polymers except sodium polyacrylate remain stable in concentrated detergents.There was a compatibility problem between acrylic polymers and concentrated detergents,and this polymer may not be suitable for high surfactant systems;except for modified acrylic polymers,all polymers showed an increase in dosage and a decrease in solution viscosity.The viscosity of the solution decreases to approximately O.2 Pa·s.The results of anti-redeposition analysis indicated that the addition of anti-redeposition agents has a certain degree of whiteness improvement effect on pure cotton,polyester cotton,and polyester fabrics,but the effects presented on different fabrics vary.The improvement range was 4%~58%.Overall,polyester polyether polymers have better anti-redeposition performance.The polymers except polyethylenimine ethoxylate showed that the higher the addition amount,the better the anti-redeposition effect.The results of decontamination analysis indicate that the addition of anti-redeposition agents reduces the protein decontamination of concentrated detergents to varying degrees,but has litle or no effect on the decontamination of sebum.
