基于动态指标的现代物流业发展水平评价指标体系研究

摘　　要：“十四五”期间,现代物流业已成为新一轮经济发展的内生动力,对现代物流业发展水平的有效判断、对把握经济发展趋势、发掘发展潜力具有实际意义。结合山东省现代物流业的发展状况与数字化发展水平,确定评价现代物流业发展水平的四个准则层与对应的动态指标层,构建基于动态指标的现代物流业发展水平评价指标体系,为现代物流业的发展提供更重要、更全面、更具时效性的评价依据。During the period of"14th Five-Year Plan",the modern logistics industries has become a new round of internal power of economic development,and the effective judgment of the development level in the modern logistics industries possesses the practical significance to grasp the economic development trend and explore the development potential.Based on the development status and digitalized development level of modern logistics industries in Shandong province,this paper determined four criterion layers and corresponding dynamic index layers to evaluate the development level of modern logistics industries,and constructed an evaluation index system of modern logistics industries development level based on dynamic index to provide a more important,more comprehensive and more effective evaluation basis for the development of modern logistics industries.
