摘　　要：电子签名是现代认证技术的一种,也是医院综合档案室进行电子档案管理的重要组成部分。因此,文章简单介绍医院电子档案管理中电子签名的实施需求,从服务器端、业务端、外网端几个方面,阐述医院电子档案管理中电子签名的结构,并对电子签名的实施内容、效果进行进一步的探究,希望为电子签名在医院电子档案管理中的应用提供一些参考。The electronic signature is a kind of modern authentication technology and an important component of electronic archive management in hospital comprehensive archives.Therefore,this article introduces briefly the implementation requirements of electronic signatures in hospital electronic archive management,elaborates on the structure of electronic signatures in hospital electronic archive management from several aspects such as server side,business side,and external network side,and further explores the implementation content and effectiveness of electronic signatures.It is hoped to provide some reference for the application of electronic signatures in hospital electronic archive management.
