摘　　要：随着人口老龄化程度加剧,我国老年性骨质疏松症及绝经后骨质疏松症的患病率越来越高,骨质疏松症对人群健康状况的影响及带来的经济负担也越来越明显。针对骨质疏松症诊疗过程的复杂性,该文从中医角度出发,通过对骨质疏松症病因病机、研究现状的分析,总结目前中医学防治骨质疏松症的研究热点,为中医药防治骨质疏松症提出新的诊疗思路。With the population aging,the prevalence rate of senile osteoporosis and postmenopausal osteoporosis in China is being higher and higher.Therefore,the impact of osteoporosis on the health status of the population and the economic burden are becoming more and more obvious.In view of the complexity of the diagnosis and treatment process of osteoporosis,this article starts from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine,through the analysis of the pathogenesis and current research status of osteoporosis,this paper summarizes the current research hotspots of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis,and propose new ideas for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis with traditional Chinese medicine.
