痛风及高尿酸血症的中西医结合诊疗现状与前景

摘　　要：高尿酸血症与痛风的发病年龄日趋年轻化,已成为严重威胁人类健康、影响人们日常生活的一种疾病。西医治疗和中医治疗为临床诊疗常用手段,对高尿酸血症和痛风采取中西医结合治疗可以充分发挥中、西医治疗的优势,两者互为补充,达到标本兼治的目的。该文就痛风和高尿酸血症的中西医结合研究进展进行阐述。The age of onset of hyperuricemia and gout is getting younger and younger,which has become a serious threat to human health and affects people′s daily life.Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine are commonly used in clinical treatment,and the combination of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine can give full play to the advantages hyperuricemia and gout in the treatment of which can complement each other and achieve the goal of treating both the symptoms and the root cause.In this paper,we review the progress of research on the combination of Chinese and western medicine in gout and hyperuricemia.
