摘  要:正常机体通过人体各器官和系统相互协调和生理反馈,维持内环境的相对稳定;内脏器官功能损害、器官之间协调作用失代偿与内环境稳态失衡之间互相影响,互为因果;不同个体、不同年龄段及不同伤害程度等机体的稳态系统的稳定域存在差异,稳定域越宽说明系统的自稳定性越好,自我纠偏能力越强。老年患者往往“多病共存”、器官功能下降等导致稳态系统稳定域差异较大,再喂养综合征、衰弱等老年综合征是机体维持稳态能力下降的表现。该文从内环境稳态角度出发,提出老年病干预方法及预后判断,防止医源性内环境稳态失衡。The normal body maintains the relative stability of the internal environment through the coordination and physiological feedback of various organs and systems in the human body.The function damage of internal organs,the decompensation of coordination between organs and the imbalance of homeostasis of internal environment affect each other and cause each other.The stability region of the steady-state system of different individuals,different ages and different injury degrees is different.The wider the stability region is,the better the self-stability of the system and the stronger the self-correction ability.In elderly patients,"Coexistence of multiple diseases"and organ function decline often lead to large differences in the stability domain of the homeostasis system.Geriatric syndromes such as refeeding syndrome and frailty are manifestations of the body′s decreased ability to maintain homeostasis.This article is from the perspective of homeostasis,intervention methods and prognosis judgment for geriatric diseases are proposed to prevent iatrogenic homeostasis imbalance.
