摘　　要：“杂合以治”语出《素问·异法方宜论篇》,阐述了五方之地,治法各异而病皆愈的情况。经后世发挥,临床多根据患者的体质差异、病情情况和治法的特异性等因素选用适宜的治疗方法,随机应变,灵活运用,从而达到法不同而病皆愈的效果。现代临床中,由于疾病的复杂性,单一的治疗方法或有不及之处。因此,在整体观念的指导下,辨证论治,因病而施以适宜的治疗方法,不同治法相得益彰,可有意想不到的治疗效果。文章结合人体、疾病和治法之间的关联性,充分挖掘“杂合以治”的内涵,从不同维度思考、论治疾病。同时,注重对中医外治法中理、法、方、穴、术的选择和运用,合理组合以针刺为主的中医外治法,发挥不同外治法的独特优势。文章以“杂合以治”理念为出发点,以期在“杂合以治”理念的指导下,丰富中医临床各类外治疗法的使用技巧,同时进一步发挥“杂合以治”的内涵,为拓展临床治疗思路提供参考。“Comprehensive treatment”comes out of Yifa Fangyilun in Suwenexpressing the theory that it is appropriate to ask a different way,and expounding the situation that the treatment is different and the disease is cured in the five places.After the development of later generations,according to the physical differences of patients,the condition of the disease and the specificity of treatment and other factors,the appropriate treatment methods are chosen randomly and flexibly,so as to achieve the effect that the disease can be cured with different methods.In modern clinic,due to the complexity of the disease,a single treatment may be inferior.Therefore,under the guidance of the overall concept,the treatment based on syndrome differentiation and the appropriate treatment methods are given because of the disease,and different treatments complement each other,which can have unexpected therapeutic effects.Combined with the relationship among human body,disease and treatment,this paper fully excavates the connotation of“comprehensive treatment”,and thinks and discusses the treatment of diseases from different dimensions.At the same time,we should pay attention to the selection and application of principles,methods,prescriptions,acupoints and techniques in the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,reasonably combine the external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine based on acupuncture,and give full play to the unique advantages of different external treatment methods.This paper takes the concept of“comprehensive treatment”as the starting point,under the guidance of the concept of“comprehensive treatment”to enrich the skills of all kinds of external therapy in traditional Chinese medicineandfurther give full play to the connotation of“comprehensive treatment”so as to provide reference for expanding clinical treatment ideas.
