丹桃消肿饮联合针灸治疗四肢骨折后肢体肿胀临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究丹桃消肿饮联合针灸对四肢骨折后肢体肿胀的治疗效果。方法选取2020年1月—2021年11月在本院接受治疗的四肢骨折患者110例,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,各有患者57例、53例。其中观察组患者采用丹桃消肿饮联合针灸治疗,对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,对比两组相关参数。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者消肿/骨痂生长时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后第7天,观察组患者肢体肿胀等级低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者血液流变指标高/低切全血黏度、红细胞比容均低于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOL-74)高于对照组(P<0.05),日常生活能力量表(ADL)Barthel指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后第2、4天,观察组患者的视觉疼痛模拟评分法(VAS)得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹桃消肿饮联合针灸可有效促进骨折后肢体消肿,改善血液流变功能,减轻疼痛,提高患者的生活自理能力和生活水平,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the curative effect of Dantao Xiaozhong Decoction(丹桃消肿饮)combined with acupuncture on limb swelling after limbs fractures.Methods A total of 110 patients with limb fractures treated in the hospital were enrolled between January 2020 and November 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(57 cases)and control group(53 cases).The patients in the observation group were treated with Dantao Xiaozhong Decoction and acupuncture,while those in the control group were treated with routine Western medicine.The related parameters between the two groups were compared.Results The total response rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)and the detumescence time and callus growth time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 7 d after treatment,the grading of limb swelling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the high/low shear whole blood viscosity and hematocrit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the score of general quality of life inventory(GQOL-74)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the score of activity of daily living scale(ADL)and Barthel index were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 2 d and 4 d after treatment,the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Dantao Xiaozhong Decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively promote detumescence after limb fracture,improve hemorheology function,relieve the pain and improve activities of daily living and living standard.
