甲钴胺联合木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效及价值体会

摘　　要：目的探究甲钴胺联合木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及价值。方法选取该院收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者74例为此次研究对象,纳入时间自2020年3月—2020年12月。根据治疗方案不同分组为参照组37例、研究组37例,参照组采用甲钴胺治疗,研究组采用甲钴胺联合木丹颗粒治疗。对比两组糖尿病周围神经病变患者的疗效以及对血糖、血脂、神经传导速度的影响。结果较参照组,研究组患者治疗总有效率更高,治疗后FBG、2hPBG等血糖指标值更低,HDL-C值更高,TC、TG、LDL-C值更低,正中神经、尺神经及腓总神经的传导速度更快,P<0.05。结论联合甲钴胺、木丹颗粒治疗糖尿病周围神经病变可提升疾病治疗效果,并改善患者血糖、血脂水平及神经传导速度,效果显著。Objective To explore the efficacy and value of mecobalamin combined with Mudan Granules(木丹颗粒)in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 74 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy in the hospital were selected as the subjects of this study and the enrollment period was from March 2020 to December 2020.According to different treatment options,they were divided into the reference group(37 cases)and the study group(37 cases).The reference group was treated with mecobalamin and the study group was treated with mecobalamin combined with Mudan Granules.The curative effect of the two groups and the effects on blood sugar,blood lipids and nerve conduction velocity were compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the study group had a higher overall effective rate of treatment.After treatment,blood glucose indicators such as fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)were lower,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)levels were higher,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were lower and the conduction velocity of the median nerve,ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve was faster(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of mecobalamin and Mudan Granules in the treatment of diabetes peripheral neuropathy can improve the therapeutic effect of the disease,and improve the levels of blood sugar,blood lipid and nerve conduction velocity of patients with significant effect.
