摘　　要：巨噬细胞是人体固有的免疫细胞,在抵抗病原体入侵、参与炎症反应及维持机体内稳态方面发挥着重要作用。巨噬细胞根据周围环境刺激极化为不同表型,即M1和M2两种亚型。简而言之,M1极化的特征在于产生促炎因子,具有抗菌和杀瘤活性,而巨噬细胞M2极化与免疫抑制,肿瘤发生、伤口修复有关。巨噬细胞极化紊乱会导致一些免疫系统疾病,微RNA(MicroRNA,miRNA)在调节巨噬细胞极化中发挥重要作用,针灸能够改变巨噬细胞的微环境,促使巨噬细胞转化为不同表型,针灸亦可以通过调控miRNA调控免疫。部分研究表明针灸通过miRNA调控巨噬细胞极化可能是针灸调控免疫疾病的一个新方向,肯定其效应解释其机制,能够为针灸调控免疫疾病提供新的证据支持。Macrophages are the innate immune cells of the human body,and play an important role in resisting pathogen invasion,participating in inflammatory response and maintaining homeostasis.Macrophages polarize into different phenotypes,namely,M1 and M2 subtypes,according to environmental stimuli.In short,M1 polarization is characterized by the production of pro-inflammatory factors,antibacterial and anticancer activities,while M2 polarization of macrophages is associated with immunosuppression,tumorigenesis and wound repair.The disorder of macrophage polarization can lead to some immune system diseases.MicroRNA(miRNAs)plays an important role in regulating macrophage polarization.Acupuncture can change the microenvironment of macrophages and promote the transformation of macrophages into different phenotypes.Some studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion regulates macrophage polarization through miRNA,which may be a new direction for acupuncture and moxibustion to regulate immune diseases,confirming its effect to explain its mechanism and providing new evidence support for acupuncture and moxibustion to regulate immune diseases.
