秦艽丸联合穴位贴敷治疗血热证银屑病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察秦艽丸联合穴位贴敷对血热证银屑病的临床疗效。方法选取2020年12月—2021年9月来院就诊的银屑病血热型患者75例,随机分为治疗组38例和对照组37例。治疗组服用秦艽丸联合全蝎软膏穴位贴敷治疗,对照组仅服用秦艽丸,观察治疗前后PASI评分、瘙痒VAS评分、DLQI评分、SAS评分、中医证候评分、HAMD评分变化。结果治疗后,治疗组秦艽丸联合全蝎膏穴位贴敷疗法患者PASI、中医证候评分、VAS、DLQI、SAS、HAMD均优于对照组秦艽丸治疗(P<0.05)。结论秦艽丸配合全蝎膏穴位贴敷可使患者皮损状态更加理想,改善患者生活及睡眠情况的同时,降低患者的焦虑和抑郁程度。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Qinjiao Pills(秦艽丸)combined with acupoint application on psoriasis of blood-heat syndrome.Methods From December 2020 to September 2021,75 patients with blood-heat type of psoriasis in the hospital were selected.After randomization,there were 38 patients in the treatment group and 37 patients in the control group.The treatment group took Qinjiao Pills combined with Quanxie Ointment(全蝎软膏)acupoint application treatment,and the control group only took Qinjiao Pills.The changes of psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,itch visual analogue scale(VAS)score,dermatology life quality index(DLQI)score,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,TCM syndrome score and Hamilton Depression(HAMD)score were observed before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of PASI,TCM syndrome,VAS,DLQI,SAS and HAMD of Qinjiao Pills combined with Quanxie Gao acupoint application therapy in the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinjiao Pills combined with Quanxie Ointment acupoint application can make the patients'skin lesion state more ideal,improve the patients'life and sleep and reduce the patients'anxiety and depression.
