妇科炎症患者采用多种药物联合治疗的临床效果探究

摘　　要：目的分析妇科炎症患者应用硝酸咪康唑栓、伊曲康唑胶囊联合妇科千金胶囊治疗的临床效果与安全性。方法选取120例妇科炎症患者,按照双色球的分组方法将患者分为探究组与对照组,每组60例。对照组仅应用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗,探究组在对照组基础上联合伊曲康唑胶囊和妇科千金胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生情况。结果探究组治疗总有效率95.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。探究组患者治疗后3个月、6个月疾病复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对妇科炎症治疗,采用妇科千金胶囊和伊曲康唑胶囊联合硝酸咪康唑栓治疗,提升疗效的同时保证安全性,降低疾病的复发率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of miconazole nitrate supposition,itraconazole capsule combined with gynecological Qianjin capsule in the treatment of patients with gynecological inflammation.Methods 120 patients with gynecological inflammation were selected and divided into the exploration group and the control group with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate supposit only,and the exploration group was treated with itraconazole capsule and gynecological Qianjin capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the exploration group was 95.0%higher than that of the control group(80.0%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the exploration group at 3 months and 6 months after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of gynecological inflammation,gynecological Qianjin capsule and itraconazole capsule combined with Miconazole nitrate supposit are used to improve the efficacy,ensure safety,and reduce the risk of disease recurrence,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
