产妇早产危险因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析产妇早产危险因素。方法选择70例早产产妇为研究组,同期69例足月儿产妇为对照组,通过对其早产因素进行分析,观察相关危险因素。结果单因素分析结果显示:前置胎盘、羊水污染、羊水过少、胎膜早破、流产史、宫外孕史、子痫前期、胎盘早剥、糖尿病家族史为早产的危险因素(P<0.05);多因素分析结果显示:前置胎盘、胎膜早破、流产史、宫外孕史、子痫前期、糖尿病家族史为早产的危险因素;早产儿出现并发症有新生儿肺炎、湿肺、电解质紊乱、高胆红素血症等。结论产妇早产危险因素较多,且伴随诸多类型并发症,需要对相关因素做持续研究及针对性措施,加强产前保健,降低早产发生率。Objective To analyze the risk factors of premature delivery in obstetrics.Methods A total of 70 preterm pregnant women were selected as the study group and 69 full-term pregnant women were selected as the control group.The factors of preterm birth were analyzed and the risk factors were observed.Results Univariate analysis showed that placenta previa,amniotic fluid contamination,oligoamnion,premature rupture of membranes,abortion history,ectopic pregnancy history,preeclampsia,placental abruption and family history of diabetes were the risk factors for premature delivery(P<0.05).The results of multi-factor analysis showed that placenta previa,premature rupture of membranes,history of abortion,ectopic pregnancy,preeclampsia and family history of diabetes were the risk factors for premature delivery.Complications of premature infants include neonatal pneumonia,wet lung,electrolyte disturbance,hyperbilirubinemia and so on.Conclusion There are many risk factors for premature delivery,which are accompanied by many types of complications.Continuous research and targeted measures are needed to strengthen prenatal care and reduce the incidence of preterm delivery.
