25G针单次腰麻在剖宫产手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨25G针单次腰麻在剖宫产术中的应用价值。方法选择62名剖宫产产妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组31名。对照组给予常规腰硬联合穿刺麻醉,研究组给予25G针单次腰麻,比较两组麻醉质量、麻醉操作情况、新生儿Apgar评分及不良反应发生率。结果两组麻醉优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组麻醉起效时间、穿刺时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组新生儿Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产手术产妇采用25G针单次腰麻麻醉效果与腰硬联合麻醉相当,但单次腰麻起效迅速,穿刺简单,成功率高,对新生儿无明显影响,且不良反应发生率更低,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the application value of 25G needle single lumbar anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods A total of 62 parturients with cesarean section were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table,with 31 in each group.The control group was given conventional epidural puncture anesthesia,and the study group was given 25G needle single lumbar anesthesia.The quality of anesthesia,anesthesia operation,neonatal Apgar score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The onset time of anesthesia and puncture time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of one puncture in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Single lumbar anesthesia with 25G needle has the same effect as combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia in women undergoing cesarean section operation,but single lumbar anesthesia has rapid effect,simple puncture,high success rate,no obvious effect on newborns,and lower incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
