育龄夫妻婚前检查联合孕前检查对优生优育的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨育龄夫妇婚前检查联合孕前检查对优生优育的影响。方法选择500名(250对)开展婚前检查和孕前检查的夫妇为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组250名(125对)。对照组实施婚前检查,研究组在对照组基础上实施孕前检查,对两组随访至今,统计其优生优育的情况。结果研究组的有关疾病检出率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良妊娠结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组新生儿出生缺陷发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论育龄夫妻开展婚前检查联合孕前检查可以提高有关疾病的检出率,提升妊娠质量和新生儿出生质量,对优生优育有重要意义,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the effect of pre-marital examination combined with pre-pregnancy examination on childbirth and childbearing for couples of childbearing age.Methods A total of 500 couples(250 pairs)who underwent pre-marital examination and pre-pregnancy examination were selected as the study subjects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,250 couples(125 pairs)in each group.Premarital examination was carried out in the control group,and pre-pregnancy examination was carried out in the research group on the basis of the control group.The two groups were followed up so far to make statistics on their eugenics and childbearing.Results The detection rate of related diseases in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of birth defects in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<o.05).Conclusion Pre-marital examination combined with pre-pregnancy examination can improve the detection rate of related diseases,improve the quality of pregnancy and newborn birth,which is of great significance for the good birth and good fertility,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
