雌激素补充疗法对围绝经期综合征患者卵巢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨雌激素补充疗法对围绝经期综合征患者卵巢功能的影响。方法选取150例围绝经期综合征患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组75例。对照组采用地屈孕酮治疗,研究组在对照组疗法基础上联合雌激素补充治疗。比较两组治疗有效率、性激素水平。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组女性绝经期自测表(Kupperman,KI)评分、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组Kupperman评分、FSH、LH水平降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);E_(2)水平均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论围绝经期综合征患者采用雌激素补充疗法,能提高其临床治疗效果,并改善性激素分泌水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of estrogen supplementation therapy on ovarian function in patients with perimenopausal syndrome.Methods 150 patients with perimenopausal syndrome were selected as the study objects,and the random number table method was used as the study group and the control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desdrogesterone,and the study group was treated with estrogen supplement based on the control group.The treatment efficiency and sex hormone levels were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in Menopause self-test list(Kupperman,KI),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Kupperman score,FSH and LH levels were lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05),E_(2) levels were higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of estrogen supplement therapy in patients with perimenopausal syndrome can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,improve the level of sex hormone secretion and increase the endometrial thickness,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
