复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效。方法选择80例滴虫性阴道炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组采用常规甲硝唑栓治疗,研究组采用复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为100%,对照组治疗总有效率为90.00%,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组无不良反应发生,对照组不良反应发生率为7.50%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗满意度为97.50%,对照组治疗满意度为80.00%,研究组治疗满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗滴虫性阴道炎的疗效显著,安全性高,患者满意度高,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of metronidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis.Methods A total of 80 patients with trichomoniasis vaginitis were selected as the study objects and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional metronidazole suppository and the study group was treated with compound metronidazole vaginal suppository.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 100%,and that of the control group was 90.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in the study group and 7.50%in the control group,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the study group was 97.50%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,which was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound metronidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of trichomoniasis vaginitis has obvious efficacy,high safety and high patient satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
