经阴道超声在药物流产后胚胎组织残留诊断中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声在药物流产后胚胎组织残留诊断中的临床价值。方法选择130例药物流产后子宫内存留胚胎残留物的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组65例。对照组采用经腹部超声检查,研究组采用经阴道超声检查,比较两组诊断结果、敏感度、准确率、确诊率和误诊率。结果研究组诊断符合率高于对照组,误诊率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组真阳率高于对照组,假阳率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组假阳率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组敏感度、准确率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声检查在药物流产后胚胎组织残留诊断中的准确率更高,值得临床上推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal tissue residue after drug abortion.Methods A total of 130 patients with fetal residue in uterus after drug abortion were selected as the study objects,and were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group underwent transabdominal ultrasonography and the study group underwent transvaginal ultrasonography.The diagnostic results,sensitivity,accuracy,diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate of the two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the misdiagnosis rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The true positive rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the false positive rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in false positive rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasonography is more accurate in the diagnosis of fetal tissue residue after drug abortion,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
