手术室安全护理干预在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室安全护理干预在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用效果。方法选择98例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施手术室安全护理。比较两组产妇术后指标恢复、疼痛情况、不良母婴结局、风险发生率及医患纠纷发生率。结果观察组初次肠鸣音恢复时长、初次排气时长、初次进食时长、初次排便时长均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组轻度疼痛率、中度疼痛率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组无痛疼痛率高于对照组,重度疼痛率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组母婴不良结局发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组产后风险发生率和医患纠纷发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室安全护理干预在剖宫产产妇护理中的应用效果较好,能够提高产妇恢复速度,缓解疼痛,减少母婴不良结局、风险事件以及医患纠纷发生率,对产妇的生命健康有着重要意义,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To explore the application effect of safe nursing intervention in operating room in the nursing of cesarean section.Methods A total of 98 cases of cesarean section were selected as research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,49 cases in each group.Control group received routine nursing,observation group received operating room safety nursing.The index recovery,pain,adverse maternal and infant outcomes,risk incidence and doctor-patient dispute incidence were compared between the two groups:Results The first bowel sound recovery time,the first exhaust time,the first eating time and the first defecation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of mild pain and moderate pain between the two groups(P>0.05).The painless pain rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the severe pain rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postpartum risk and doctor-patient dispute in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of safe nursing intervention in operation room is good,which can improve the recovery speed,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of adverse outcomes,risk events and doctor-patient disputes of mothers and children.It has great significance for the life and health of mothers and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
