整体护理在利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理对慢性宫颈炎患者行利普刀治疗的应用效果。方法选择80例慢性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理模式,观察组采用整体护理模式,比较两组患者护理前后的负面情绪、护理服务评分、围手术期情况及并发症发生率。结果观察组抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理服务评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、术后恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在利普刀治疗慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用效果较好,可以降低患者并发症发生率、缩短住院时间,提高日常生活能力,缓解患者负性心理,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of holistic nursing on the treatment of chronic cervicitis with Lipknife.Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic cervicitis were selected as research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing mode,and the observation group was treated with holistic nursing mode.The negative emotions,nursing service score,perioperative situation and complication rate of the two groups were compared before and after nursing.Results The score of Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing service score of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The amount of blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and postoperative recovery time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<o.o5).The complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic nursing in the treatment of chronic cervicitis patients with Lipknife has a good effect,can reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the ability of daily life,alleviate the negative psychology of patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
