左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统辅助宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统辅助宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床效果。方法选取60例子宫内膜息肉患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组采用宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗,试验组在对照组基础上采用左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统辅助治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果试验组术后3个月、6个月子宫内膜厚度均薄于对照组,月经量少于对照组,月经天数短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组术前、术后3个月、术后6个月促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))及卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组复发率0均显著低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。结论左炔诺孕酮宫内缓释系统辅助宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果显著,有效改善子宫内膜厚度,降低并发症发生率及复发率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system assisted hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods 60 patients with endometrial polyps were selected and divided into control group and experimental group with 30 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy,and the experimental group was treated with levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system based on the control group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After 3 months and 6 months,the endometrial thickness of experimental group was thinner than that of control group,the menstrual volume was less than that of control group,and the menstrual days were shorter than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2))and follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)between the two groups before surgery,3 months and 6 months after surgery(P>0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate(0)of experimental groups was significantly lower than that of control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Levonorgestrel intrauterine sustained release system assisted hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps has a significant effect in the treatment of endometrial polyps,effectively improving endometrial thickness and reducing the incidence of complications and recurrence,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
