裸花紫珠片辅助治疗异常子宫出血患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨裸花紫珠片辅助治疗异常子宫出血患者的临床效果。方法选取80例异常子宫出血患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为研究组与对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上采用裸花紫珠片辅助治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分改善情况、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组患者中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分均降低,且研究组明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率97.5%高于对照组的85.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组均未发生因治疗用药引起的不良反应。结论在常规西药基础上联合裸花紫珠片辅助治疗异常子宫出血患者,可提高临床疗效,改善临床症状,且治疗过程安全可靠,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nude flower purple beads in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with nude flower purple beads on the basis of the control group.The improvement of TcM syndrome score,clinical therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was statistical significance in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of both groups were decreased,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 97.5%in the study group was higher than 85.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse reactions caused by therapeutic drugs in the study group and the control group.Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine combined with nude flower purple beads to assist the treatment of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,it can improve clinical efficacy and improve clinical symptoms,and the treatment process is safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
